We are a construction company headquartered in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with over 30 years in business. We have been striving as a subcontractor for major general contractors in construction sites. In particular, we are involved in work directly related to social infrastructure, such as station renovation, undergrounding, elevated bridge construction, and highway construction for JR and private railroad companies.
Due to recent technological innovations, IT and automation are being promoted in all fields, and we are now entering a phase in which we are compensating for the current labor shortage in Japan.
Despite these efforts, the construction industry still needs more “human hands. It is true that work in the construction industry can be tough at times. There is work under the hot sun, excavating the ground, and pouring concrete. Working on scaffolding does not guarantee 100% safety even if you are wearing a harness.
Although this is a construction industry that involves risks, the work on site, which can only be accomplished by “human hands,” provides a sense of accomplishment and excitement from what you have built day in and day out. And above all, it is because of this “on-site work” that we can feel the connection between people.

Our work is mainly related to redevelopment projects in the Shibuya area and renewal work for stations and railroads.
In the area of railroads, our work includes platform widening at JR Shibuya Station, JR Ochanomizu Station, and JR Nakano Station, as well as the construction of new station buildings.
For expressways, we are working on the New Tomei Expressway, the Gaikan Expressway, and the Metropolitan Expressway Aqua-Line.
The work includes scaffolding assembly and dismantling, excavation, pile fastening, and concrete pouring.
